Using sweet potato tots adds a twist to this versatile recipe, which can be menued as an appetizer or bar snack, or as a hearty à la carte side dish.

  • Chef-mate Basic Cheddar Cheese Sauce --1 1/4 pt
  • Sweet potato tots, frozen, fried -- 1 gallon
  • Cilantro, chopped -- 1 tsp.
Heat cheese sauce in a pot over medium low heat, stirring frequently.
Pour the sauce over the tots and garnish with cilantro.
Serve warm.
