Spinach Artichoke Bake

Ingredients

Bacon, strips8 oz
Onion, medium diced1.5 cup
Stouffer's Spinach Artichoke Dip Gluten Free (Pouch) 4 x 64 ounces, defrosted64 oz
All purpose flour0.33 cup
Egg, whole8 each
Nutmeg, ground0.5 tsp
Romano cheese, shredded4 oz

 

Method

  1. In a cook pot, sauté bacon for 3-4 minutes or until brown. Add onions and sauté an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Add cold Spinach Artichoke Dip, flour, eggs and nutmeg. Mix well.
  3. Fill Spinach Artichoke Dip into a half size (4 inch deep) steam table pan or into individual dishes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  4. In prehetaed 350°F oven, bake until firm, approx. 30 minutes.
