Balsamic vinegar, 1 cup -- 8 oz

Onion grated, 3/4 cup -- 4 oz

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces, 1/4 cup -- 2 oz

Garlic, minced, 1/4 cup -- 1 oz
Preparation

1Thoroughly whisk together the oil, vinegar, onions, Seasoning and garlic.

2Use to marinate meat for 6 to 24 hours.
