Corn kernels -- 2 Tbsp
Chili powder -- 1/2 tsp
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise -- 1 Tbsp
Cotija cheese -- 1 tsp
Stouffer’s Stuffed Peppers, cooked, hot -- 1 ea
Quickly sauté corn with chili powder.
In mixing bowl, stir together sautéed corn, mayonnaise, and Cotija.
Place Stuffed Pepper and sauce on plate.
Top pepper with corn mixture.
Top with additional Cotija cheese and garnish with chopped cilantro and lime juice.
