  • Water -- 24 fl.oz
  • Minor's Beef Base Low Sodium (No Added MSG)* Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound -- 1 tbsp
  • Long grain white rice, rinsed -- 2 cup
  • Peas, green, frozen -- 0.25 cup
  • Carrot, frozen -- 2.5 oz
  • Turkey, ground, lean -- 2.5 lb
  • Onion, minced -- 0.5 cup
  • Black pepper, ground -- 1.5 tsp
  • Minor's Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound -- 1 tbsp
  • Canola oil -- 2 tsp
  • Egg -- 10 each
  • Trio Low Sodium Brown Gravy, Prepared -- 24 oz
Preparation

In a pot over medium heat, add Low Sodium Beef Base and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in peas and carrots. Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.

In a bowl, combine, ground turkey, onions, pepper and Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate until well blended. Form into ten 4 oz. patties.

In a preheated skillet with oil, fry patties until each side is browned, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

To plate, place 1/2 cup rice in center of plate. Top with a cooked turkey burger, 2 oz. Brown Gravy and one poached egg. Serve immediately.

Serve with Broccoli Pineapple Slaw.
