Ingredients

Water 24 fl.oz
Minor's Beef Base Low Sodium (No Added MSG)* Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound 1 tbsp
Long grain white rice, rinsed 2 cup
Peas, green, frozen 0.25 cup
Carrot, frozen 2.5 oz
Turkey, ground, lean 2.5 lb
Onion, minced 0.5 cup
Black pepper, ground 1.5 tsp
Minor's Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound 1 tbsp
Canola oil 2 tsp
Egg 10 each
Trio Low Sodium Brown Gravy, Prepared 24 oz

Method

  1. In a pot over medium heat, add Low Sodium Beef Base and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in peas and carrots. Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  2. In a bowl, combine, ground turkey, onions, pepper and Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate until well blended. Form into ten 4 oz. patties.
  3. In a preheated skillet with oil, fry patties until each side is browned, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. To plate, place 1/2 cup rice in center of plate. Top with a cooked turkey burger, 2 oz. Brown Gravy and one poached egg. Serve immediately.

Serve with Broccoli Pineapple Slaw.
