Preparation

Ingredients

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces, 1/4 cup 2 oz
Water, 1/4 cup 2 oz
Fish sauce, 1/4 cup 2 oz
Garlic, cloves, fresh, 8 each, minced 1.5 oz
Granulated sugar, 1/2 cup 4 oz
Chicken wing 1 lb

Method

  1. Thoroughly whisk together Maggi Seasoning, water, fish sauce, garlic and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Reserve half of the sauce/marinade for reducing later.
  3. Use the remaining half as a marinade. Marinate chicken 6- 24 hours. Drain wings. Discard excess marinade.
  4. Cook wings as desired.
  5. Reduce reserved marinade by 1/3-1/2 to a syrup like consistency.
  6. Toss chicken wings in reduced sauce.
