A taco recipe that people will talk about. Corn chips are topped with CHEF-MATE® Chili Con Carne with Beans, shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, pickled jalapenos and red onion.
Ingredients
  • Corn chips -- 1 oz
  • Chef-mate Chili Con Carne with Beans, warmed -- ½ cup
  • Lettuce, iceberg, shredded -- 2 Tbsp
  • Guacamole, prepared -- 1 Tbsp
  • Pico de Gallo, prepared -- 1 Tbsp
  • Sour cream -- 1 Tbsp
  • Cheese, cheddar, shredded -- 1 Tbsp
  • Jalapenos, sliced, pickled -- 1 Tbsp
Preparation

    Open bag of corn chips and fold opening over 2 inches to allow room for toppings.

    Pour warmed chili over corn chips.

    Place lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cheese on top of chili. Garnish with pickled jalapeno

    Eat walking taco with a spoon, getting all fillings in each bite.
Note:

Customize the base chips/toppings however you like. Try cheese or ranch flavored corn chips, Chef-mate Que Bueno Nacho Cheese Sauce, different salsas, or pickled red onion.
