White Cheddar Harvest Bowl

Preparation

Ingredients

Turnips, peeled, sliced 20 oz
Butternut squash, peeled, sliced20 oz
Broccoli, stemmed cut into medium florets20 oz
Onion, peeled, quartered20 oz
Olive oil1 2/3 cup
Stouffer's White Cheddar Mac & Cheese - hot60 oz

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Toss turnip, squash, broccoli and onion in olive oil.  Arrange in single layer on sprayed sheet pan.
  3. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes

To Serve:  Place 8 oz of roasted vegetables in bowl and top with 6 oz Stouffer's White Cheddar Mac & Cheese.  Garnish with fresh herbs.
