White Cheddar Harvest Bowl

  • Turnips, peeled, sliced -- 20 oz
  • Butternut squash, peeled, sliced -- 20 oz
  • Broccoli, stemmed cut into medium florets -- 20 oz
  • Onion, peeled, quartered -- 20 oz
  • Olive oil -- 1 2/3 cup
  • Stouffer's White Cheddar Mac & Cheese - hot -- 60 oz

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss turnip, squash, broccoli and onion in olive oil. Arrange in single layer on sprayed sheet pan.

Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes.

To Serve: Place 8 oz of roasted vegetables in bowl and top with 6 oz Stouffer's White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. Garnish with fresh herbs.
