Preparation
- OPEN pouch with our easy tear feature.
- POUR the full package of Alfredo Sauce mix gradually into 1 gallon of room temperature water.
- STIR briskly with wire whisk until smooth, bring to boil (212 ͦ F / 100 ͦ C) and continue to STIR until thickened. Serve immediately or hold on steamtable.
- 1 package (1 lb) Sauce Mix + 2 qts room temperature water = yields 74 fl oz Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cups (8 oz) Alfredo Sauce Mix + 1 qt room temperature water = yields 1 qt + 1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup (4 oz) Alfredo Sauce Mix + 2 cups room temperature water = yields 2-1/4 cups Alfredo Sauce
