The 2nd Annual Libby's Think Like an Operator contest brought out the creativity in the Nestlé Professional staff. The recipes we received were uniformly delicious, but Barb Schranz wowed us with her Curried Pumpkin and Peanut Stew. The flavors are on trend (global with a touch of heat) and the recipe is appealing to flexitarians, vegetarians and just about everyone else.
Barb’s recipe, voted best by a panel of Nestlé Professional experts, was professionally photographed and she certainly deserves her trophy naming her The Pumpkin Queen. Get the recipe here. It’s an easy, tasty and healthful way to minimize food waste.
