Reuben Pizza
Ingredients

Oil, neutral -- 2 Tbsp

Chef-mate Corned Beef Hash -- ¾ cup

Pizza crust, 12 inch -- 1 each

Thousand Island dressing -- ½ cup

Sauerkraut -- ½ cup

Cheese, shredded, Swiss -- ¾ cup
Preparation

1Preheat oven to 400° F.

2Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

3Add in corned beef hash and cook until browned and crispy, breaking up the product as it cooks. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate and set aside.

4Place the pizza crust on a parchment lined sheet pan.

5Spread dressing in an even layer on pizza crust. Top with the cooked corned beef hash, sauerkraut, and shredded cheese.

6Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.

7Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 8 slices.
Note:
Make this a Reuben BREAKFAST pizza by topping with sunny side up eggs or scrambled eggs.
Top with chopped parsley to add color.
