Ingredients
  • Chicken, cooked, cubed or shredded -- 2 cups
  • Hot pepper sauce -- ¾ cup
  • Cream cheese, room temperature -- 1 cup
  • Ranch dressing -- ½ cup
  • Chef-mate Basic Cheddar Sauce -- 2 ½ cups
  • Scallion, fresh, sliced, for garnish, optional --   ¼ cup
  • Celery and Carrot, cut into sticks, for serving, optional

    Preheat oven to 400° F.

    In a large skillet, heat chicken and pepper sauce.

    Stir in cream cheese, ranch dressing, and basic cheddar sauce.

    Cook, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients have melted and form a homogenous mixture.

    Pour into 12 inch cast iron skillet or baking dish.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

    Top with scallion and serve with carrot and celery sticks.
