Olive oil 1 tsp
Onion, diced 1 qt
Carrot, peeled, diced 7 cup
Ginger root, fresh, minced 1 tbsp
Water 2.5 cup
Minor's Chicken Base Low Sodium (No Added MSG)* Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound 2.5 tsp
Minor's Zesty Orange Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon 6 tbsp
Milk, semi skimmed 1.5% - 1.8% 9 fl.oz
Crackers, whole wheat 3.5 oz


  1. Heat oil in soup pot, and then add onion, carrot, and ginger. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Add Water, Low Sodium Chicken Base, Zesty Orange Sauce and skim milk.
  3. Bring to a simmer until all vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Puree in a blender until smooth.
  5. Divide soup between ten soup bowls and garnish with two crackers each.
