Crab and Avocado Soup
      Ingredients

        Water -- 5 qt
- 
        
        Minor's Crab Base (No Added MSG)* Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound -- 5 oz
- 
        
        Onion, chopped, lightly sweated -- 8 oz
- 
        
        Avocados, cut into chunks -- 5 lb
- 
        
        Lime juice, fresh -- 1 cup
- 
        
        Minor's Culinary Cream -- 1 lb
- 
        
        Sour cream -- 1 lb
- 
        
        Maggi Seasoning -- 2 tbsp
- 
        
        Tomatoes, medium diced -- 1 lb
- 
        
        Parsley, fresh, chopped -- 2 oz
        Preparation

                                            1In a 8 qt. container, combine water and Crab Base, mixing well.
- 
                                            2In a food processor, add onions, avocados, lime juice, Culinary Cream, sour cream and cold crab stock. Purée until smooth.
- 
                                            3Add Maggi Seasoning. Blend well. Season to taste.
- 
                                            4Garnish with crab, tomatoes, and chopped parsley. Serve chilled.
