  • Red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp -- 0.5 oz
  • Oregano, fresh, 1 tsp, chopped -- 1 g
  • Lemon zest, 1/2 tsp -- 0.5 g
  • Chicken breast fillet, cooked, small dice 1 lb
  • Feta cheese, 1/4 cup, small dice -- 1 oz
  • Black olive, 1 tbsp, chopped -- 0.5 oz
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw, 1/3 cup, small dice -- 1 oz
  • Green bell pepper, 1/8 cup, small dice -- 0.5 oz
  • Red onion, 1/8 cup, small dice -- 0.5 oz
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated, 1/8 cup, chopped -- 0.25 oz
