Oregano, fresh, 1 tsp, chopped 1 g
Lemon zest, 1/2 tsp 0.5 g
Chicken breast fillet, cooked, small dice 1 lb
Feta cheese, 1/4 cup, small dice 1 oz
Black olive, 1 tbsp, chopped 0.5 oz
Cucumber, with peel, raw, 1/3 cup, small dice 1 oz
Green bell pepper, 1/8 cup, small dice 0.5 oz
Red onion, 1/8 cup, small dice 0.5 oz
Sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated, 1/8 cup, chopped 0.25 oz
