Nachos with Savory Red Chile Sauce

  • Beef, ground, cooked -- 4 lb
  • Enchilada sauce -- 32 oz
  • Maggi Seasoning -- 3 tsp
  • Tortilla chips -- 10.5 lb
  • Chef-mate ¡Que Bueno! Mild Nacho Cheese Sauce, warm -- 96 oz
Preparation

Heat ground beef, combine enchilada sauce and Maggi Seasoning, add to beef.

Place 3 oz. chips on plate. Top with 2 oz. beef mixture. Ladle 2 oz. Mild Nacho Cheese Sauce over top.
Note:

Depending on the thickness of the enchilada sauce a little bit of cornstarch slurry may be added to adjust the consistency.
