For food safety and quality, read and follow these cooking instructions: Cook entire product to internal temperature of 165°F.
CONVECTION OVEN 350ºF Preheated: Do not loosen lid. Place the tray on a baking sheet. Stir halfway through cooking; replace lid. Cook Frozen (0ºF) product for 40-45 min./Thawed (40º F or less) product for 20-25 min.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400ºF Preheated: Do not loosen lid. Place the tray on a baking sheet. Stir halfway through cooking; replace lid. Cook Frozen (0ºF) product for 55-60 min./Thawed (40ºF or less) product for 35-40 min.
MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt: Cook loosely covered in microwave-safe container; stir. Cook 8 oz Thawed (40ºF or less) product on High Power for 2-1/2 to 3 min.
- Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF. Stir well before checking the temperature.

- Spoon Stouffer’s Beef Stew over corn bread squares or warm buttermilk biscuits.
- Top a thawed pan of Stouffer’s Beef Stew with corn bread batter and bake until stew is hot, and topping is golden brown. Stir in burgundy wine during the last 5-10 minutes of heating for a flavorful beef burgundy stew. Add cut green beans, sliced celery and zucchini for a heartier beef vegetable stew. Stir in stewed tomatoes for another flavor dimension.
