Ingredients

Maggi Spicy Seasoning 6 x 400 ml, 1/4 cup 0.25 cup
Water, 1/4 cup 2 oz
Fish sauce, 1/4 cup 2 oz
Garlic, cloves, fresh, 8, minced 2 oz
Granulated sugar, 1/2 cup 4 oz

Method

  1. Thoroughly whisk together Spicy Seasoning, water, fish sauce, garlic and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Reserve half of the sauce/marinade for reducing later.
  3. Use the remaining half as a marinade. Marinate protein 6-24 hours. Discard marinade.
  4. Heat reserved marinade on high heat until it reaches a syrup like consistency.
  5. Toss protein in reduced sauce.
