Black olive, sliced10 oz
Chef-mate ¡Que Bueno! Nacho Cheese Sauce20 oz
Scallions, sliced10 oz
Sour cream10 Tbsp

 

Method

  1. Assembly each order with the following in layers: 6 oz. tortilla chips, 2 (4 oz) scrambled eggs, 3 oz chorizo, 2 oz salsa, 1 oz. black olives, 2 oz. Nacho Cheese Sauce, 2 Tbsp scallions and top with 1 Tbsp sour cream.
