Chili and Chicken Quesadillas

Vegetable oil2 Tbsp
Cooked chicken, sliced2 1/4 lb
Chef-mate Hot Dog Chili Sauce with Beef 6 x 108 ounces2 cup
Flour tortilla, 10"42 oz
Trio Cheese Sauce 8 x 32 ounces, prepared2 qt
Onion, thin sliced, sautéed3 cup



  1. In a sauce pot, heat oil. Add chicken and Hot Dog Chili Sauce. Heat and stir until well blended. Keep warm and set aside.
  2. Assembly for 1 quesadilla: Place tortilla on griddle and grill 30 seconds. Place 1/2 cup prepared Cheese Sauce on tortilla. Top with 4 oz. of chicken and chili mixture and 1/4 cup onions. Cover with second tortilla.
  3. Cook 1 minute. Turn over and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm.
