Ingredients

Diced tomatoes, canned, 10 cups25 oz
Red onion, diced, 1/2 cup4.75 oz
Lime juice, fresh, 3 tbsp.1.5 fl.oz
Chili pepper, Jalapeño, small diced, 5 tbsp.1.25 oz
Minor's Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound, 2-1/2 tbsp.1 oz
Minor's Cilantro Lime Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces, 2-1/2 tbsp.1 oz
Cilantro, chopped, 5 tbsp.0.5 oz
Table salt, to taste2 g

Method

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, jalapeño, Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate, Cilantro Lime Flavor Concentrate, cilantro and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Chill and hold in refrigerator for service.
