Beef, ground4 lb
Salsa with green chiles1 qt
Tortilla chip6 lb
Chef-mate ¡Que Bueno! Mild Nacho Cheese Sauce106 oz
Jalapeños, canned, diced4 each

 

Method

  1. Combine ground beef and salsa. Heat.
  2. Place 2 oz. chips on plate. Top with 2 oz. beef mixture. Ladle 2 oz. Mild Nacho Cheese Sauce over top. Add jalapeños.
  3. Garnish with sliced ripe olives, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions, if desired. Serve.
