White Queso Cheese Sauce -- 1 cup

Libby’s Pumpkin Puree -- 1/4 cup

Ground beef -- 1 lb

Libby’s Pumpkin Puree -- 1 cup

Taco Seasoning -- 2 Tbsp

Tortilla Chips -- 4 cup

Jalapenos, pickled, sliced -- 1/8 cup

Sour Cream -- 2 Tbsp

Shredded Cheese -- 4 Tbsp
Preparation

1Over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, Libby’s Pumpkin Puree, and taco seasoning together until cooked completely through. Set aside.

2Over medium heat, heat white queso and Libby’s Pumpkin Puree together until heated all the way through. Set aside.

3To build mound tortilla chips on desired serving vessel, then add pumpkin queso, pumpkin beef, sliced jalapenos, shredded cheese, and sour cream.

4Serve hot.
