Vegetable oil0.25 cup
Mushroom, white, quartered3 cup
Shallot, minced2 oz
Sage leaf, dried1 tbsp
Parsley, fresh, chopped2 tbsp
Water32 oz
Minor's Turkey Gravy Concentrate (No Added MSG)* 6 x 13.6 ounces13.6 oz

 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add mushrooms, shallots and sage; sauté 3 minutes. Add parsley and mix well.
  2. Add Water. Heat to a rapid boil.
  3. Immediately add Turkey Gravy Concentrate, blending thoroughly with a wire whip until mixture is smooth. Allow 2-3 minutes to fully thicken.
