Mushroom & Sage Turkey Gravy

  • Vegetable oil -- 0.25 cup
  • Mushroom, white, quartered -- 3 cup
  • Shallot, minced -- 2 oz
  • Sage leaf, dried -- 1 tbsp
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped -- 2 tbsp
  • Water -- 32 oz
  • Minor's Turkey Gravy Concentrate (No Added MSG)* 6 x 13.6 ounces -- 13.6 oz
Preparation

Heat oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add mushrooms, shallots and sage; sauté 3 minutes. Add parsley and mix well.

Add Water. Heat to a rapid boil.

Immediately add Turkey Gravy Concentrate, blending thoroughly with a wire whip until mixture is smooth. Allow 2-3 minutes to fully thicken.
