Vegetable oil1 oz
Minor's Chipotle Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free2 tsp
Red onion, small diced1/4 cup
Red bell pepper, small diced1/2 cup
Pineapple, small diced3 cups
Cilantro, chopped1 tbsp

 

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and Chipotle Flavor Concentrate.
  2. Add and combine red onions, red peppers, pineapple, and cilantro. Mix until well incorporated. Refrigerate until use.
