Potato, crisp wedge cut60 oz
Chef-mate Chili Con Carne with Beans 6 x 106 ounces, warmed, 3 cups20 oz
Cheddar cheese, shredded, 3 cups15 oz

 

Method

  1. Fry wedge cut fries until crispy.
  2. To serve: Place 6 oz. wedge cut fries in serving plate. Pour 2 oz. Chef-mate Chili Con Carne with Beans. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.

Garnish with green onions.
