Cucumber, with peel, raw, 1 cup, julienne4 oz
Red bell pepper, .5 cup, Julienne2 oz
Carrots, raw, .5 cup, Julienne2 oz
Scallions, 2 tbsp, sliced0.25 oz
Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing , 1.5 tbsp0.75 oz
Mint, fresh, 1 tsp, chiffonade5 g
Basil, fresh, 1 tsp, chiffonade5 g
Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw, 1 tsp, chiffonade5 g

Method

  1. Toss first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Add dressing and toss until thoroughly coated.
  3. just prior to serving toss salad with mint, basil, and cilantro.
