Sesame Ginger Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw, 1 cup, julienne -- 4 oz
  • Red bell pepper, .5 cup, Julienne -- 2 oz
  • Carrots, raw, .5 cup, Julienne -- 2 oz
  • Scallions, 2 tbsp, sliced -- 0.25 oz
  • Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing , 1.5 tbsp -- 0.75 oz
  • Mint, fresh, 1 tsp, chiffonade -- 5 g
  • Basil, fresh, 1 tsp, chiffonade -- 5 g
  • Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw, 1 tsp, chiffonade -- 5 g

    Toss first 4 ingredients together.

    Add dressing and toss until thoroughly coated.
