Shareable Jalapeno Popper Dip
CHEF-MATE® ¡Que Bueno! Jalapeño Cheese Sauce is combined with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, fresh jalapeños, and sour cream; baked with panko on top, and garnished with more bacon, cilantro, and sliced jalapenos for a dip with a kick.

Bacon, lardons, cooked -- 12 pieces

Sour cream -- 1 cup

Breadcrumbs, panko --3/4 cup

Bacon, lardons, cooked -- 4 pieces

Jalapeno, fresh, sliced -- 2 each

Cilantro, fresh, chopped -- 1/2 cup
Preparation

1For the Dip: Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Mix the jalapeno cheese sauce, 12 pieces cooked bacon, and 1 cup sour cream in a large bowl.

3Transfer the mixture to a 12-inch cast iron skillet and top with panko breadcrumbs.

4Bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes.

5Topping: Garnish with cooked bacon, sliced jalapeno, and fresh cilantro.
