Sweet Potato, crisp wedge cut5 lbs
Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy 6 x 105 ounces, warmed3 cups
Cheddar cheese, shredded3 cups

 

Method

  1. Fry wedge cut fries until crispy.
  2. To serve: Place 6oz wedge cut fries in serving plate. Pour 2 oz. Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.

Garnish with scallions.
