Ingredients

Chipotle Marinated Pork Loin - prepared, cooked, sliced (see separate recipe)3 oz
Ham, 25% less sodium, sliced1/4 oz
Swiss cheese, sliced1/3 oz
Dill Pickles, sliced4 ea
Baguette, halved lengthwise3 oz
Caribbean Mustard (see separate recipe)1 oz

 

Method

  1. Add 1 each of slice pork, ham and cheese to bottom piece of bread. Add pickles.
  2. Spread Caribbean Mustard on top piece of bread and add to top of sandwich.
  3. Press and grill sandwich until warm and toasted.
