Preparation

For food safety and quality, read and follow these COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 180-190°F. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using thermometer.

CONVECTION OVEN 350ºF (Preheated): Place tray on a baking sheet. During last 10-15 minutes, remove lid; stir. Continue cooking uncovered. Cook Frozen (0ºF) product for 40-45 min./Thawed (40ºF or less) product for 25-30 min. 

CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400ºF (Preheated):  Remove lid. Place tray on a baking sheet. Stir halfway through cooking. Cook Frozen (0ºF) product for 1 hr. and 10-15 min./Thawed (40ºF or less) product for 50-55 min.

MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt:  Cook loosely covered in microwave-safe container; stir. Cook 8 oz Thawed (40ºF or less) product High Power 5 1/2 - 6 min.

NOTE: Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 180-190ºF. Stir well before checking temperature. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40ºF) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE. 

For food safety and quality, follow cooking instructions. Cook product to an internal temperature of 165° F. Not processed to control microbiological hazards.
