Nestlé Professional Launches NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

Foodservice operators can now easily and efficiently meet demand for this on-trend offering with an expertly crafted, premium solution.

SOLON, OH [6/2/17] – Nestlé Professional expands its coffee portfolio with the launch of NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate. Operators simply mix this new product – available in packs of twelve, 30 oz. cartons – with water and serve over ice, which is an easy, efficient alternative to the operational complexity of slow brewing cold brew coffee in house.

According to 2016 Datassential report Next Generation Coffee Rituals, cold brew coffee had a meteoric 635% growth in menu penetration between 2011 and 2016. “All foodservice operators should be able to take advantage of the popularity, premium pricing, and strong margins offered by cold brew coffee,” says Martin Lines, Vice President, Category Marketing – Beverages, Nestlé Professional North America. “We’ve invested time and effort in the slow brewing process so our customers don’t have to.”

NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate is made with only coffee and water – no preservatives or additives – using select beans that have been sustainably sourced. Nestlé Professional recreates the slow, gentle brewing process for a delicious, consistently smooth cup of coffee with subtly sweet notes. “We’ve seen great response from early-stage customers and are delighted with the initial taste test results,” says Lines.
