Preparation

1Mix the mayonnaise and Ancho Flavor Concentrate well and chill.

2Mix the mayonnaise and Herb de Provence Flavor Concentrate well and chill.

3Portion Honey Citrus Pepper RTU Sauce.

4Serve 1 oz of each sauce per order, with crudité and accompaniments as desired.
